1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Healstrix Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, communicating with our team, and utilizing our home healthcare and medical equipment services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must abstain from using our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Healstrix provides supportive home healthcare, but is NOT a substitute for emergency hospital admission.

• The content on our website is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your primary physician.
• In the event of a sudden, life-threatening medical emergency, please call local emergency services immediately or visit the nearest hospital.
• Our services (including ICU at Home, Dialysis at Home, and Nursing Care) are provided strictly under the supervision or prescription of a qualified medical practitioner.

3. Service Limitations & Availability

Our commitment is to provide prompt and high-quality care; however, all services are subject to the following limitations:

• Resource Availability: Services such as Doctor Visits, specialized Nurses, and critical medical equipment (e.g., Ventilators) are subject to availability at the time of your request.
• Service Area: Currently, our primary operational area is restricted to Patna and its immediate surrounding regions.
• Right of Refusal: Healstrix reserves the right to refuse service if the home environment is deemed unsafe for our medical staff or if the patient's condition requires immediate hospital-level intervention beyond our home-care capacity.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Payments: All service charges, equipment rental fees, and security deposits must be paid in advance or exactly as per the agreed-upon billing cycle.
• Equipment Liability: Patients/Families are responsible for the safe-keeping of rented medical equipment. Any damage or loss will be deducted from the security deposit or billed additionally.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a scheduled visit may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds for advance payments will be processed within 5-7 business days after deducting applicable charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Healstrix Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, doctors, and nurses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services or website.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
